1. Introduction:

   These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in Closet Case Loyalty Program ("the Program"). By participating in the Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility:

   Participation in the Program is open to individuals aged 16 years and above who have signed up for the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

 

3. Card Usage:

   The loyalty card issued as part of the program can only be used by the registered individual. Attempts to share the loyalty card with a non-participant will be considered a violation of program rules. Any participant found sharing their loyalty card with a non-participant will be disqualified from the program and banned from participating further. We strictly prohibit the sharing of loyalty passes.

 

4. Reward Structure, Status Levels, and Minimum Spend:

   Participants earn discounts based on their total purchase amount and are assigned status levels accordingly. Discounts range from 5% to 10%, accordingly with status level. To maintain their status and discount, participants must meet minimum spend requirements corresponding to each status level:

   - White status: On installation.

   - Grey status: Maintain a minimum spend of 20,000 to reach 5% discount.

   - Black status: Maintain a minimum spend of 60,000 to reach 10% discount.

 

However, certain exceptions apply, and the discount is not applicable to purchases of sunglasses, perfumes, and select brands, including CCP (Carol Christian Poell).

 

5. Level Counting:

   When calculating the total purchase amount for determining status levels, the purchase amount after any applied discounts will be counted. For example, if the initial purchase amount is 1000 and a 10% discount is applied, resulting in a final purchase amount of 900, the program will count the 900 towards the participant's progress in reaching the next status level.

 

6. Return and Exchange Policy:

   Participants are entitled to a 14-day exchange policy; however, returns are not accepted. Instead, participants may request a credit note for the returned item(s).

 

7. Notification of Changes:

   Participants will be notified of any changes to their status level or discount via push notifications from their wallet within the Program.

 

8. Privacy:

   By participating in the Program, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Program and communicating with participants. Participant information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Modification and Termination:

   The Program administrators reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, participants will have a limited time to redeem any outstanding discounts, after which all unused discounts will be forfeited.

 

10. Acceptance:

   By participating in the Program, participants indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any accrued discounts or rewards.
