- Items must be in the same condition that they were received in.

- Shipping charges for the return are not covered by Closet Case - unless stated.
- Duty and import fees that may apply will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items must be shipped within 7 days after receiving our return confirmation.
- Items must be shipped to the address provided by us upon return confirmation.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt proof of purchase, which you receive via e-mail upon placing your order.

2. Once we confirm that the return falls within the time limit, we will confirm this to you and provide you with the address to ship the return back to.

Once your online return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will then inspect the returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection accordingly.
If your return is compliant with our policy and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ON ONLINE SALES ONLY.
If you cancel your order before it's dispatched, you will have your payment refunded. Please note, it is not possible to cancel an order once it's been shipped.
Only regular prices may be refunded. All sale item purchases are final sales and cannot be refunded.
We always ensure your order is packaged with care and you receive the item exactly as you ordered it. All items ordered are brand new and in impeccable condition. In the rare situation that you receive a flawed item, we will offer a replacement or exchange. Should that be the situation please contact us immediately under email@example.com and we will handle your request. Please note this only applies to products with manufacturing defects.
You are able to purchase gift cards from our online store, to be gifted to yourself or someone else. All same rules of returns apply to gift cards.

We advise to use a trusted courier to ensure the item reaches us and we can process your return smoothly.
