Terms and Conditions: Credit Note/Gift Card Usage

1. Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions govern the usage of credit notes and gift cards ("Credit Note/Gift Card") issued by Closet Case ("the Company"). By using the Credit Note/Gift Card, users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Issuance and Validity:

Credit Notes/Gift Cards may be issued by the Company as a form of store credit or promotional gift. Each Credit Note/Gift Card is assigned a unique code and is valid for use within the specified timeframe, typically 180 days from the date of issuance. They cannot be used on goods already discounted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Redemption:

Credit Notes/Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise or services offered by the Company, both in-store and online, unless otherwise specified. The Credit Note/Gift Card value will be deducted from the total purchase amount at the time of redemption.

4. Expiry:

Credit Notes/Gift Cards have an expiry date indicated on the card. After this date, the Credit Note/Gift Card will no longer be valid for use, and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Expiry dates cannot be extended, and expired Credit Notes/Gift Cards will not be reissued or refunded.

5. Non-Transferable:

Credit Notes/Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold. They are intended for use by the original recipient only.

6. Partial Redemption:

If the total purchase amount is less than the value of the Credit Note/Gift Card, the remaining balance will be stored on the card for future use. The remaining balance can be used until the expiry date indicated on the card.

7. Returns:

Purchases made using Credit Notes/Gift Cards are subject to the Company's standard return policy. If a return is issued for a purchase made with a Credit Note/Gift Card, the refund amount will be credited back to the card for future use.

8. Compliance with Terms:

The use of Credit Notes/Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation or voiding of the Credit Note/Gift Card and any associated benefits.

9. Modification and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Credit Note/Gift Card program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unused balances on Credit Notes/Gift Cards will be forfeited.
