Leo Crabtree founded BeauFort London in 2013, starting with a standout moustache wax product. The brand's focus shifted to fragrance, drawing inspiration from the history of perfumery rooted in "per fumum," meaning "through smoke." Their debut fragrance collection, Come Hell Or High Water in 2015, showcased their unique approach with scents like Tonnerre, Coeur De Noir, and Vi et Armis. BeauFort has since expanded to include the Revenants collection and ventured into spirits with BeauFort Spirit, drawing connections between fragrance and alcoholic spirits.
